The monthly Friends of Metacon events are an excellent opportunity for members, friends and community neighbors to come down and enjoy some shooting, all under the supervision of a coach or instructor.
The event is held on the fourth Saturday of every month 6:00 to 10:00pm.
All shooting is done on our Indoor Range.
The event is open to the public. (families are especially welcome)
Minors are permitted, but need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to operate a handgun, otherwise their shooting will be limited to .22 rifle.
The event is free to Metacon members and only $10 to non-members.
Donor guns, eye and ear protection are all provided free of charge.
Ammunition is sold at a nominal rate.
We welcome you to take advantage of this opportunity to come and see the facility and the folks that make up the Metacon Gun Club. This event is also a great way for new and probationary members to shoot with their friends and family members as well as a good way for regular members to join in on the fun.
