4th Annual Gifts of Love Shoot
For our 4th straight year, Metacon Gun Club will be hosting Shoots to benefit the Gifts of Love food pantry in Avon, CT. Gifts of Love serves the entire Farmington Valley and is the only food pantry in the area.
In 2011, we raised over $1,500 cash and a significant amount of food donations. This year, our goal is to exceed that total. This year we have several events that will contribute to Gifts of Love.
2012 Shooting event dates:
Saturday 11/24 & 12/22 – Metacon Rifle, Outdoor Range, 8:00am
Saturday 11/24 & 12/22 – Friends of Metacon, Indoor Range 6:00pm
Sunday 12/2 & 1/6 – Metacon IDPA, Indoor Range 9:00am*
Sunday 11/18 & 12/16 – Class III match on the Indoor Range, 10:00am*
Sunday 11/25 & 12/30 – .22 Falling Plate match on the Indoor Range, 9:00am
Wednesday 11/28 & 12/12 – Bullseye Pistol on the Indoor Range, 8:00pm
*In order to participate in IDPA at Metacon, you MUST be pre-registered
*Class III shooting requires a pre-checkout to participate
